Your account comes with a personal link. Send it to the friends you want alongside you for the five days, and anyone who joins through it is tracked to you.

Complete your profile
Add a photo, what you do and what you want from the challenge, so the hosts and the other members know who you are.

Mark your calendar
Noon to 2pm EST each day (9am Pacific, 5pm UK). Add all five sessions in one go.
